Let's Do It: The Upcoming Phenomenon: CodeZ

"The Upcoming Phenomenon" is a segment that we have here at Fancy. It features any highly talented individuals who might have been underrated, are "coming up in the game" or have not gotten full recognition yet in their respective industries. We've featured a couple of people here on the site, has it helped them get to where they want to be? We can't really say, all we're sure of is that it has helped, and that's what we try to do here on the site, we'll always do our best, and we try to keep in touch with future stars cause connects are always useful.

Getting back to the point of this post, the people to be featured on the site today are a "Code Z". What makes them very distinct from all the people we've featured is that they are *5 of everything y'all have heard. If some of y'all still don't get, they are a group of 4 fiery rappers and 1 vocalist. Damn, isn't that the whole package?? Imagine Em, Jigga, Weezy and Kanye all in a group with Usher, thats how big we talking people!

The group consists of Tobi Akinkunmi (T.O.B), Aleno Wyse (Leni B), Chidi Mbanisi (Cee'Em), Ruona Ebiai (rQ) and Tochi Onyenokwe (BBT). I have been in touch with T.O.B and rQ for sometime now and trust me, from the way we related, their characters are just as highly rated as their music. The started out in '08 and have dropped two albums titled "New Era" and "#16" (#16 is the most recent album). "New Era" spawned singles like "Boss" and "In the Building" and "The Reason ft Cee'Em". The singles got rave reviews from critics and their fans, It was in fact Cee'Em's lyrical prowess on "The Reason" that led Code Z to make him an official member of the group.

In summer of last year, they began working on "#16" and the lead singles were "In and Out", "Say Ohh" and "In CZ" which were huge hits too. I'll put up the three singles from "#16" so y'all can feel enhanced lyrical talent of these five bad guys. I'll also put up the link to the "#16" album for y'all for FREE!! Isn't that awesome, a free album?? Because of my connects with the group, I was able to get 'em to release the album FREE here on Fancy for y'all, but it's only FREE here, nowhere else.
